A focused 1:1 session to help you say what you want to say - clearly, naturally, and professionally - in English.
If you already use English at work but sometimes hold back in meetings, this session helps you handle one specific situation with more clarity and confidence.

This session is for you if:
You use English at work (meetings, calls, discussions)
You understand what’s happening, but struggle to express your ideas clearly
You worry about sounding too direct, too soft, or not professional enough
You want practical help - not a long course or general English lessons
This session is not for beginners or casual learners.
It’s for professionals who want their English to reflect their expertise.
By the end of the session, you’ll:
✅ feel clearer about what to say
✅ have language you can use at work
✅ understand how to handle that situation next time
Many people feel immediate relief because when the situation comes up again, they’re not starting from zero.
Many professionals tell us:
💬 “I know my ideas are good - but in English, they don’t come out the way I want.”
This usually isn’t about intelligence, experience, or motivation.
And it’s rarely just about grammar.
Most of the time, the real issue is not having the right language for that specific situation at work... and not knowing how to use it naturally under pressure.
This is:
✅ a calm, focused 1:1 session
✅ based on a real situation from your job
✅ practical and immediately useful
✅ supportive, not stressful
This is not:
❎ a general English lesson
❎ a conversation class
❎ an exam or test
❎ a long-term commitment
You’ll choose one focus area for your session:
#1) Clarifying with Confidence
How to ask questions and check understanding without embarrassment
#2) Joining Meetings with Confidence
How to enter discussions politely and contribute without hesitation
#3) Giving Clear & Confident Updates
How to explain your work clearly without rambling or over-explaining
#4) Expressing Your View Clearly
How to share your opinion professionally and be heard in meetings
#5) Professional Disagreement
How to challenge ideas calmly and respectfully at work
You don’t need to choose the “perfect” option - just the situation that feels most difficult right now.
(And if you're unsure which session is best for you, you can message/email us and we'll be happy to talk through the options with you)
#1) Light preparation (optional, but recommended) 15-20 minutes
To help you get the most out of the session, we’ll send you some short, practical materials in advance:
useful vocabulary
relevant phrases
and, where helpful, a simple structure
Reviewing these beforehand is optional, but highly recommended.
Clients who take a little time to do this usually get much more out of the session - because we can focus less on explaining and more on applying the language to your situation.
There’s nothing to memorise.
It’s simply there to support you.

#2) The 50-minute 1:1 session
In the session, we:
talk through your real workplace situation
look at what makes it difficult for you
work on language options that fit your role and workplace
practise using the language in a natural way
We will correct your English - because that’s important - but we won’t correct every small mistake.
The focus is on:
clarity
sounding natural
and helping your ideas come through more clearly and professionally

We help professionals communicate clearly and professionally in English at work.
We’re Claire and Dom, workplace communication coaches specialising in English for professional settings.
We’ve spent years working with professionals (since 2017) who use English at work - in meetings, discussions, presentations, and high-stakes conversations.
We’re also language learners ourselves and we've lived in many different countries
We know what it’s like to:
search for words under pressure
about making mistakes
feel confident in your expertise, but limited by language
Our coaching isn’t about “learning English” in a classroom sense.
It’s about helping you communicate your ideas clearly and professionally in real work situations - without forcing you to sound like someone else.
